We deliver across east and southeast Bengaluru within ~15 km of our kitchen, including Marathahalli, Brookefield, Whitefield, Tigalarapalya, BEML Layout, Bellandur, Kadubeesanahalli, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road (ORR), Indiranagar, Koramangala, Mahadevapura, Varthur, Kadugodi, HAL / Old Airport Road, Kundalahalli, and surrounding areas. Enter your pin code at checkout — we'll confirm before your batch is scheduled.

Onederful Bakes operates as an FSSAI-registered cloud kitchen in Bengaluru. Orders are prepared at our registered kitchen address and delivered — there is no dine-in service at this location.

Delivery windows depend on batch timing and route capacity. We will communicate a realistic ETA rather than over-promise — thank you for your patience during peak hours.

Checkout is in INR with transparent pricing on each product page. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner; you will receive confirmation when your transaction succeeds.

Refunds are considered for failed deliveries, significantly incorrect orders, or quality issues reported promptly with photos when possible. Email support@onederfulbakes.in with your order reference and a short description — we aim to respond within one business day.

Chargebacks without contacting us first may delay resolution. We are a small kitchen team and prefer to fix problems directly.

Our registered kitchen follows standard food-handling practices: clean prep surfaces, labelled storage, and small-batch discipline. Desserts are packed for delivery as soon as they are ready — refrigerate perishable items promptly and consume within the timeframe noted on your order when provided.
